So happy 😁

Review by Robert B. on 5 Oct 2025review stating So happy 😁

I was told up to two weeks for turnaround time, I sent out on Monday and it was back Friday morning. They did a great job and it was fast too. I ride everyday so not having my OW throws a huge wrench in my daily happiness. So grateful for them handling everything for me. Thank you 🙏🏼

Fantastic Service!

Review by Ryan L. on 18 Jan 2024review stating Fantastic Service!

If you are on the fence about doing the tire change on your own or sending to HQ for the replacement, get off the fence and send it in! Very smooth process that takes about 2 weeks from shipping out to receiving back. You are provided with a personalized URL to track the boards progress once received. ack all in the same day. You can feel the dedication from the team to get you back in action ASAP. Great service and well worth the money to have peace of mind knowing the board will be repaired by professionals!

The only thing I will say is I noticed my rail guards to be very dull after the repair was complete, seems like maybe it was laid on its sides while repaired scuffing the guards? Not a big deal and still much less damage than I would have done if repairing myself! Read LessRead less about If you are on the fence about doing

Went Amazing

Review by Kyle H. on 29 Oct 2023review stating Went Amazing

my onewheels wheel popped just a day or two right after the warranty which whether the warranty covers the tire or not i really didn't care at that point didn't matter anyway. as for the replacement it went perfect placed my order oct. 8th then printed the label and shipped the board on the 13th. After a roundtrip cross country ground shipping the...Read MoreRead more about my onewheels wheel popped just a day

board arrived on the 27th oct. The repair itself went perfect and works like a dream again. With the perfect timing of my wheel popping i don't blame anyone i think its just a coincidence ive been riding my gt every day since the day i bought it really getting my moneys worth. The only weird thing is i never even needed to ever refill the air in the tires from the one time it was filled at the factory it lasted a whole year no pressure loss then *pop*. I am a little down that i didn't notice the performance tire was not out for a tire replacement option and thought i was gonna get the performance tire instead of the old one but that ones on me for not paying enough attention i see it as an option now just wasn't on the 8th oct. when the new tire was out just not a repair replacement option. Lastly i also sent my aboard in not updated to the new buzz firmware to see if they'd do it for me and made sure it went well and they did so super nice.(also i live in new England on the other side of the country which is why the delivery took so long which i was anticipating. if you live anywhere else in the U.S it should be a decent bit faster to get there.) The best way to get a fresh tire on your onewheel

Review by Kyle O. on 24 May 2023review stating The best way to get a fresh tire on your onewheel

Easiest way to get a new tire on your onewheel, it’s done quickly and by the people who built the board in the first place.

I’m never changing my tire on my own ever again. Quick turnaround too so there’s little to no downtime.
